Dons Premier Real estate personal information policy 

Dons Premier Real Estate agents use personal information collected from the prospective client to act as the Principal’s agent or for the principal agent to perform their estate agent duties to their best ability and obligation under the Privacy Act 1988. The agent may also use such information collected to promote the services of the agent and /or seek potential client/clients. 

The agent may disclose the information to the other parties including media organisations potential clients of the agent both existing and potential trades’ people owner’s corporate financial institution government and statutory bodies and third parties as required by law. The agent may also disclose information to other parties on the internet. 

The agent only will disclose information in this way to other parties as required to perform their duties as an estate agent or Principal’s agent under this agreement to achieve the purpose specified above or as otherwise allowed under privacy act 1988. 

We recognise that your private information is important and we are committed to  protecting your privacy information that has submitted and your contact information can be used by Dons Premier Real estate to contact you from time to time, However, Dons Premier Real Estate  will not sell or distribute this information to any third parties  without your consent. 

If the Principal would like to access this information, they can do so by contacting the agent at the address and the contact numbers contained in the given business cards or as stated at the website www.donspremier.com.au or have state in any kind of Dons Premier marketing /advertising materials. The principal can also correct this information if it is inaccurate incomplete or out of date.

 

Real estate and tax law require some of this information to be collected. If the information is not provided the agent may not be able to act effectively on the Principal’s behalf or at all.
