Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations remotely. You will manage client communications, scheduling, record-keeping, social media assistance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and client communications
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and data management systems
  • Conduct research and prepare reports
  • Assist with social media content and scheduling
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent scheduling and time-management abilities
  • Experience in record-keeping and data management
  • Research and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and remote work tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Studies in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
