We heard about Dons Premier Estate Agent’s Lushan and Jessica from our friend Chris, He told me how trustworthy and reliable they are, also how good they are when it comes to selling and renting properties. So I asked Lushan to appraise the house and he was very honest and gave me a good insight about the market and about what I have to do with my property to get the top dollar. However my Noble park house was auctioned and it didn’t sell at the auction but he came to me and said don’t stress I will get this sold to the correct market value. As he promised in about 3 weeks he found the right buyer and negotiated a top deal and got the property SOLD!! I should say his negotiation skills are second to non. He also got our house for us to rent until we build our new home. Jessica also really good with managing the property now we are renting at. They are very down to earth nice professional estate agents. I wish them the best of luck and I can highly recommend them to anyone to sell or rent their house with them.
